Our Story.

Hernández-Bauzá PSC, Architects is one of the few firms in Puerto Rico that is 100% woman-owned, fully qualifying as a WBE (Women’s Business Enterprise). What sets us apart from other design firms is our personalized approach to client relationships, with a strong emphasis on availability and consistent project servicing.

With over twenty years of experience, our office has successfully completed a diverse range of public and private projects of varying sizes and complexities. We have developed a particular expertise in designing educational facilities and residential projects. Our deep knowledge of HUD standards, ADA regulations, local building codes, and government procedures has been instrumental in delivering successful outcomes for these and many other initiatives.

As a smaller firm, we believe that the quality of our work is not determined by the size of the firm, but by our commitment to excellence. We prioritize taking on a manageable number of projects to ensure we can consistently provide high-quality service, with direct involvement from me, as Principal, in every project.

Currently, we possess the experience, capability, and resources to provide comprehensive design and construction services in collaboration with our trusted consultants. A key part of our services is maintaining rigorous quality control and coordinating all aspects of the project, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
